私たちは市民共同運営による農場です。
作る人と食べる人が共に協力し合いながら農場を運営しています。

生産物は、鶏（卵）・豚（豚肉）・畑（野菜）がメインです。
動物から得られる肥料を利用して少量多品目の野菜を栽培しています。

農場空間は生産拠点であるだけでなく、農体験受入れや、村づくりイベント、建築イベント、米・大豆栽培イベント、手作りラーメンイベント、音楽イベントなど、面白い暮らしを作り出し共有する場として開かれています。

農場で暮らす人（スタッフ、実験員）は、それぞれの関心に基づいて、働き・遊び・暮らす、ことをしています。
道具を作ったり、水につかって涼んだり、話し合ったり、だらだらしたり、雨の中で収穫したり、加工品を作ったり、みんなでご飯を食べたり、ばらばらで食べたり、穴を掘ったり、薪を割ったり・・・

これら全体のありようを「暮らしの実験室」として、みなさんと分かち合えたらと思っています。
We are a farm run jointly by the community.
The farm is operated through the cooperation of both producers and consumers.
Our main products are chickens (eggs), pigs (pork), and vegetables.
We cultivate a variety of vegetables in small quantities using fertilizer derived from animals.
The farm space is not only a production base, but also an open space for creating and sharing interesting lifestyles, hosting farm experiences, village-building events, construction events, rice and soybean cultivation events, handmade ramen events, music events, and more.
The people who live on the farm (staff, experimenters) work, play, and live according to their individual interests.
They make tools, cool off in the water, talk, relax, harvest in the rain, make processed goods, eat meals together, eat separately, dig holes, chop firewood...
We hope to share this entire way of life with everyone as a "laboratory for living."

We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
全体として共有している事。台所の生ごみは豚と鶏のエサにしている。油汚れは米ぬかで落とすことが多い。シャンプー、リンス、歯磨き粉は石けんベースのものを使用している。味噌は手作りしている。その他の調味料は手作りではないが、まともなものを購入して使用している。化学調味料は使わない。複数の人がいるので、個人的にインスタント食品やスナック菓子を食べることはある。
Things we share as a group: We use kitchen waste as feed for our pigs and chickens. We often use rice bran to remove grease. We use soap-based shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste. We make our own miso. We don't make other seasonings ourselves, but we buy decent ones. We don't use chemical seasonings. Since there are multiple people, we sometimes eat instant food or snacks individually.

Lunch is prepared by the farm staff. Breakfast and dinner are cooked by the WWOOFers (Woofers).

Rice, seasonal vegetables, eggs, meat, and basic seasonings are provided.

Please cook whatever you like.

The kitchen is shared.

●私たちは1974年からこの農場で有機農業を行っています。

●農場には複数のスタッフがおり、鶏、豚、畑、田んぼなどの生産活動と、イベント企画や事務、会計など、それぞれの役割をもって仕事をしています。ウーファーは時期に合わせた農作業に入ってお手伝いをしてもらう事になります。農作業はある面では心身開放的であり、ある面では単調で退屈です。しかしその奥には、現代社会の矛盾や、自分自身がこれからどう生きていくのかという問いへのヒント、そして深い豊穣の世界が広がっています。ぜひ多くのものをこの農場で得てください。

●また、スタッフは農場で共同生活を行っています。皆、愉快なキャラクターで面白いテーマを持っています。この農場でいろんなウーファーと一緒に仕事をしたりおしゃべり出来る事を楽しみにしています。

●農場設立当時の組織デザインで、この農場には特定の持ち主がいません。農場は農産物の生産現場でありながら公共性を持った場所であると言えます。多くのウーファーはこの農場の良さとして居心地の良さをあげます。仕事ではスタッフと共にしっかり学び、仕事以外の部分（食事作り、食事の時間、お風呂、夜の時間など）では特に誰かに気を使うことなく自分なりにすごせるのが良い点だと思います。

●We have been practicing organic farming on this farm since 1974.

●The farm has several staff members, each with their own role in production activities such as raising chickens and pigs, working in fields and rice paddies, as well as event planning, administration, and accounting. WWOOFers will be asked to help with farm work according to the season. Farm work is, in some ways, liberating for both mind and body, and in other ways, monotonous and boring. However, beneath the surface lies a world of profound richness, hints to the contradictions of modern society and the question of how you will live your own life. We hope you will gain as much as you can from this farm.

●Furthermore, the staff members live together on the farm. They are all cheerful characters with interesting themes. We look forward to working and chatting with various WWOOFers on this farm.

● Due to the organizational design from when the farm was established, this farm does not have a specific owner. The farm can be said to be a place that is both a place for producing agricultural products and a public space. Many WWOOFers cite the comfortable atmosphere as one of the best things about this farm. They say that they can learn thoroughly alongside the staff at work, and outside of work (cooking meals, meal times, bathing, evenings, etc.), they can spend their time as they please without having to worry about anyone else, which is a great advantage.

野菜や畜産の技術だけでなく、加工品や調味料を作ったり、小麦を育てて製粉してパンを作ったり、綿を育てて糸にしたり、粘土を掘って陶芸をしたり、木を伐って小屋を作ったり…、自分がやりたいと思えば、テーマはいたる所にあります。誰かが教えてくれる訳ではありませんが（スタッフが知ってることは教えますが）、農作業の傍らで、自分の興味あることを深めていけるのも、この農場の魅力です。
また、取れたての野菜をふんだんに使って、夕方からじっくり調理し、みんなで大きなテーブルを囲っていただくご飯は何よりの喜びです。

農の本質は、自然との戯れ、遊びです。成果や生産性という考えから離れ、農的な世界にどっぷり浸かって、自分の暮らしを改めて見つめてみるきっかけに使ってください。
